What is the pick up address?
I am located on the Far West side of San Antonio, off of Potranco Rd. The exact address is located on the invoice.
What is your return and refund policy?
Due to the nature of my business, I do not offer returns. If there is ever a problem with your order, please send a text/email as soon as possible in order for me correct. Refunds are offered on a case by case basis.
Do you accept cash or can payment at pick up/delivery?
I do not begin an order without full payment. If you prefer to pay in cash, we can arrange a time to meet for pre-payment.
How long in advance does an order need to be placed?
I can accept orders at any time, in general. I will always try to accommodate, however the sooner the order is placed, the better. If you do need a rush order (less than 24 hours in advance), a rush fee may be assessed. ​For large orders/events, I ask for at least 30 days notice.
What's the difference between a Lunchbox Cake and the Lunchbox XL?
Both cakes are 4" in diameter. The Lunchbox XL is double the height of the regular Lunchbox Cake and allows for more customization and design.
Does Sugar'd deliver?
Yes. The delivery fee is $8+ based on the address.. Please be sure to include the address in your Inquiry Form.
Can an order be changed after it has been placed?
Changes can be made up to 72 hours prior to the order is due.
How should I store my cake?
Cakes can be stored in a cool, dry room up to 2 days, 1 week in the fridge or 1 month in the freezer.
Are dietary-restrictive options available?
I offer dairy-free and gluten-free cake options.
Can orders be taken over the phone?
Orders can be made in whatever method you prefer -- text, call, email, DM/Messenger.. Once we discuss what you want, an invoice will be sent.
How is the cake received?
Your cake is given to you cold, as it was stored in the fridge, after I completed it. Once received, I recommend leaving out for at least an hour for optimum taste, prior to serving.
What is due when booking a larger order for an event?
Full payment is due for all orders that are due within 30 days. For orders 31+ days away, a 50% deposit is an option. The remaining balance is due 10 days prior to the pick up/delivery date.
